Role Overview: (Application Support)

An experienced IT Operation L2 Support Engineer with expertise in cloud computing, automation, system administration, and database management. Adept at troubleshooting, optimizing IT infrastructure, and implementing efficient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based IT systems (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS).
  • Administer virtualization environments, including VMware and Oracle Linux KVM (OLVM).
  • Set up and manage message brokers such as Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ for microservices communication.

  • Provide incident management and problem resolution for infrastructure-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT service management standards through audits, capacity planning, and performance reporting.
