We are looking for
Infrastructure Engineer
to design, maintain, and secure the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring stable, efficient, and secure operations across all systems.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing system performance, reliability, and scalability while collaborating with various teams to support business continuity and technical growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and storage.
  • Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvement plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or system-related issues promptly.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support infrastructure needs.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation related to system performance and upgrades.

ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems:

  • Participate in the design, coordination, and implementation of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Structured Cabling).
  • Ensure compliance with local and international standards such as NCA, Civil Defense, and BICSI.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning processes to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering,
    Network Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    5 years of experience
    in infrastructure, systems, or network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of
    server management, virtualization, and network security
    .
  • Experience with
    Windows and Linux environments
    and familiarity with cloud or automation tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management abilities.
