Cards Portfolio Manager (12-Month On-Site Contract – Saudi Arabia)

Location: On-site with client, Saudi Arabia (5 days per week)

Duration: 12 months

Start: Immediate / As agreed

Mandatory: Arabic Speaking

This role is not an IT or project portfolio management position – it is a business-focused role requiring deep understanding of credit cards, customer lifecycle management, and product performance.

We are seeking an experienced Arabic speaking Cards Portfolio Manager to support our client's Cards business in Saudi Arabia. This is a 12-month, on-site consulting engagement focused on driving portfolio performance, improving key KPIs, and supporting the execution of strategic product and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the client's Cards team to manage and enhance overall portfolio performance.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve key business metrics including activation, spend, retention, reactivation, and dormancy reduction.
  • Support the launch of new products and enhancement of existing ones, ensuring strong commercial performance and profitability across acquisition channels.
  • Provide structured project management support for Cards-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of all key activities.
  • Collaborate with MIS and analytics teams to enhance reporting dashboards, track performance trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present regular portfolio reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support day-to-day operations and campaigns that contribute to the growth and profitability of the Cards business.
  • Deliver regular updates on progress against KPIs through progress meetings and management reporting.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in credit cards, specifically in product and portfolio management roles within a bank or financial institution.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and design initiatives that drive measurable improvement.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working on-site within a fast-paced client environment.
  • Candidates already based in Saudi Arabia will be given preference.
