Position: Sales

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across all catering segments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality or catering sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, social, and event markets.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, event planners, and venue partners.


• Prepare customized catering proposals and contracts.


• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.


• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.


• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.


• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM systems.


• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or events.

Previous experience in the restaurant industry.

Proficiency in English.

Bachelor's degree or higher (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events.

Familiarity with the Saudi market, especially Riyadh.
