We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to collaborate on redefining a Web Portal to offer various products and services to its users. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, playing a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:

· Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.

· Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement or define new processes.

Analysis and Documentation:

· Analyze gathered requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.

· Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases to communicate requirements to development teams.

· Write user stories with detailed information and acceptance criteria following the INVEST criteria (Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, Testable).

Solution Design:

· Collaborate with technical teams to design optimal solutions.

· Work with the design team to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements.

· Define system functionalities, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business needs.

· Assist in making technology recommendations and evaluating vendor products.

· Support the QA team in validation and testing activities to ensure designs meet requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

· Influence stakeholders to support business projects.

· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

· Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.

· Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users as needed.

Process Improvement:

· Define new system workflows, business rules, and process diagrams.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.

· Assess existing systems, workflows, and business rules to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Project Management:

· Participate in project planning and execution.

· Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

· 4+ years of core experience as a Business Analyst in a technology product organization.

· Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements.

· Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow tools.

· Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.

· Understanding of database concepts and data analysis techniques.
