Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Marketing based in Jeddah, with flexibility for some remote work. The Head of Marketing will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include market planning, implementing marketing initiatives, conducting market research, managing the marketing team, and collaborating with sales and public relations to drive business growth. The role involves analyzing performance metrics and delivering key insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills and experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, along with the ability to analyze and interpret market trends
  • Proven expertise in Sales and integrating marketing efforts with sales processes
  • Experience with Public Relations, including building brand visibility and managing communications
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within marketing or a related domain is highly valued
