Business Development Specialist - Partnership
to join their team. In this role, you will promote and sell culinary education programs, products, and services, working to expand the institution's network of strategic partners, increase student enrollment, and strengthen collaborations with the hospitality sector, educational institutions, and government stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to initiatives that support student success, industry growth, and the country's Vision 2030 objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and engage prospective students, culinary professionals, and strategic partners in hospitality, education, and corporate sectors.
  • Promote programs and services to meet and exceed sales and enrollment targets through tailored solutions, presentations, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, industry partners, and government entities, acting as a brand ambassador for the institution.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up with potential students, guiding them through the admissions process and conducting first-level interviews to assess suitability.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance visibility and develop partnerships.
  • Prepare proposals, coordinate negotiations, and track the performance of agreements to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, providing insights to guide business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless student engagement process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities, partnership engagements, and conversions, and prepare regular performance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience with a successful track record.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
  • Passion for the culinary arts and understanding of the food industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
