Are you a strategic leader with a strong background in fine-dining and catering operations?

Our client, a leading company in restaurant management, food & beverage operations, and upscale event catering, is seeking a highly experienced COO to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple high-end restaurant brands.

About the Company:

Specialized in establishing and managing fine-dine restaurants and organizing luxury catering events for government, private, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage operations for multiple fine-dine restaurants and catering divisions.


• Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance profitability and efficiency.


• Oversee daily operations, budgets, and cost-control initiatives.


• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless service and brand consistency.


• Drive business growth, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as COO or Operations Director in the fine-dine restaurant and catering industry.


• Track record of managing multiple high-revenue restaurants under one group.


• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.


• Local Transfer Only (Saudi Arabia).


• Immediate joiners preferred.
