Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and supervising engineering projects.
- Track project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate tasks between technical teams, the PMO, and site teams.
- Assist in developing project schedules and monitoring performance through Odoo.
- Attend client meetings, document minutes, and update action items.
- Handle project documentation (Submittals, RFIs, NCRs, MOMs).
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Identify project risks, challenges, and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Industrial, or Project Management).
- 3–6 years of experience in project management or engineering supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project & AutoCAD is a plus.
- Experience with Odoo is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site and manage field tasks.
