Job Purpose:

The L&D Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of B2B training

programs. This role ensures smooth delivery of training projects while assisting the sales team

with proposals, presentations, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B L&D Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients, trainers, and internal teams to organize and deliver training
  • programs.
  • Manage schedules, materials, attendance, and feedback.
  • Maintain training records and ensure quality and client satisfaction.

2. Sales Coordination

  • Participate in sales meetings and client discussions.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.

3. Reporting

  • Prepare weekly/monthly L&D activity and performance reports.
  • Provide updates to the L&D Manager and support certification or compliance
  • documentation.
