Description

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, qualify, and monitor supplier performance in alignment with company quality requirements.

Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and corrective action follow-ups.

Review and approve supplier documentation (e.g., quality plans, test reports, certifications).

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Support root cause analysis and risk management activities related to supplier quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supplier quality or a similar role (preferably in oil & gas / manufacturing / engineering industries).

Knowledge of ISO standards, API Standards, quality management systems, and supplier audit practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
