Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Deputy Operation Manager at EWAA Hotels. The Deputy Operation Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery. Responsibilities include managing teams across various departments, developing and implementing operational strategies, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role involves leading operational initiatives, managing budgets, supervising staff training, addressing guest concerns, and reporting to senior management with updates and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Expertise in hotel and hospitality operations, including service quality management and customer relations
  • Experience in financial planning, budget management, and operational strategy
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and decision-making
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
