Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Regional Country Sales & Operations Director to lead and scale commercial and operational performance across multiple regional markets. This senior leadership role requires a results-driven executive with a proven ability to manage large, complex organizations of 2,000+ employees, drive revenue growth, and oversee operations within a portfolio exceeding SAR 100 billion.

The role combines sales leadership, operational excellence, financial oversight, and cross-border stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while delivering sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities


• Define and execute regional sales and operations strategy aligned with corporate and country-level objectives.


• Lead and oversee multi-country sales, operations, and commercial teams, managing 2,000+ employees across regional markets.


• Own and drive performance across a SAR 100B+ portfolio, ensuring revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost efficiency.


• Oversee end-to-end operations, including sales execution, supply chain coordination, customer experience, and service delivery.


• Lead P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance tracking at regional and country levels.


• Drive market expansion, channel development, and key account growth across strategic sectors.


• Build strong relationships with government entities, regulators, strategic partners, and key clients.


• Ensure compliance with local regulations, governance standards, and corporate policies.


• Champion operational transformation, digital enablement, and process optimization initiatives.


• Develop high-performing leadership teams, succession pipelines, and talent strategies.


• Represent the organization at executive forums, industry events, and senior stakeholder engagements.

Required Experience & Qualifications


• 13+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, commercial, and operations roles within regional or multinational organizations.


• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-country operations with workforces of 2,000+ employees.


• Proven track record of leading high-value portfolios (SAR 100B+) and delivering sustained revenue and operational growth.


• Strong expertise in sales strategy, operational management, and financial performance.


• Experience working across diverse regional markets with complex regulatory environments.


• Proven ability to collaborate with boards, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams.


• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is strongly preferred.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
