Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of PLC-based electrical control systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation of production lines.
  • Develop and optimize PLC programs based on production process requirements to improve automation and operational efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to PLC-related issues on the production floor, perform root cause analysis, and resolve faults to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in the commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades, ensuring PLC systems function according to design specifications.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of PLC programming experience, familiar with full-cycle development (from configuration to debugging) for at least two of the following brands: Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Panasonic.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Ladder Diagram/LD, Structured Text/ST, Function Block Diagram/FBD, etc.).
  • Knowledge in industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT, etc.) and fieldbus technologies.
