Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Jeddah with an option for partial remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and nurturing client relationships, and promoting Avenger Systems' products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities in the market, building strategic sales plans, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves participating in industry events, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of fire detection and suppression industry products and technologies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required in the assigned region
  • Experience in managing a sales team is an advantage
