Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop market expansion strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, business offers, and commercial presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.

- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and networking platforms.
- Provide regular reports on business development progress and performance.
Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and developers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
