The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company's logistics services (including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance), and supporting marketing initiatives. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, building strong relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development


• Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals


• Visit potential clients to understand their logistics needs and present customized solutions


• Prepare and submit competitive quotations and follow up to close deals


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across services such as air/sea freight, land transport, warehousing, and project logistics


• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

2. Marketing & Branding Support


• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions


• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events


• Contribute ideas for market positioning and competitive strategies

3. Reporting & Coordination


• Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline using CRM tools


• Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management


• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery


• Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Education and Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.


• Minimum of 2 - 5 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia within the logistics or supply chain industry.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
