We're Hiring – Estimation Engineer


Location:
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for civil, mechanical, and electrical construction projects.
  • Analyze construction drawings, engineering plans, and technical specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to collect pricing data and verify quantities.
  • Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations to ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
  • Prepare cost comparison sheets and assist management in bid strategy and pricing decisions.
  • Maintain cost databases, material rates, and historical project records.
  • Participate in value engineering and cost optimization for construction projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5–10 years of experience
    in construction cost estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quantity take-off processes.
  • Proficient in
    AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
    (e.g.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in
    MEP and infrastructure projects
    is a strong advantage.
