Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Corporate Acquisition
- Work closely with all company departments to meet organizational goals by delivering timely and efficient services to corporate clients.
- Achieve annual sales targets by attracting new, creditworthy corporate customers within the company's target market.
- Develop new methods to retain existing clients, support their needs, and attract new business opportunities.
2. Credit Assessment and Portfolio Management
- Conduct field visits to prospective and existing companies to verify creditworthiness and ensure alignment with internal standards.
- Present customer requests for extending or issuing new credit facilities through comprehensive reports submitted to management.
- Monitor the performance of accounts within the portfolio to detect early warning signs and minimize defaults and provisions.
- Investigate credit applications for companies in accordance with established guidelines.
3. Customer and Internal Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with corporate customers and internal departments to resolve credit and sales-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration to maintain high service quality and client satisfaction.
4. Collections and Default Management
- Oversee the collection of monthly installments for default clients to reduce overdue exposures and maintain portfolio health.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
