Experience:
20-30 Years
10 years in GCC, 5 years in KSA as a minimum.
Experience with Oil & Gas, Oil Refinery, Petrochemicals and Power clients in Saudi Arabia.

Special Skills:
Extensive knowledge and experience in process plant maintenance, shutdowns, turnaround execution and brownfield projects. Preferred to have exposure in fabrication and EPC project management. Must possess excellent business/commercial and financial acumen. Client management, Team management, leadership, presentation, report writing & communication skills. Preferred to have exposure to B2B business development. Knowledge of IT systems used in the oil & gas industry is mandatory (Office package, Primavera etc).

Role Summary
The selected candidate will lead our operations in KSA. The Country Manager is responsible to secure work, develop strong client relations, build a network of partners/suppliers/sub-contractors, develop a talented team, develop company in-country capabilities, work closely with head office functions, oversee project/contract delivery, ensure customer satisfaction and ultimately deliver the agreed business plan.
