Assists Sales and other departments in daily tasks.
Prepares sales orders, and follows up with sales team and HQ for pending orders and samples.
Ensures that clients’ needs are met efficiently.
Prepares/follows up for Management meeting.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Prepares and circulates Internal Circular’s for HR and Admin Department
Ensures proper correspondence & liaise with the team on matters pertaining to Admin and raising Staff Actions Forms and follow up’s.
Maintains & updates all departmental documentation.
Upholds confidentiality, unless legally mandated to do otherwise.
Handles any other work related to Admin Services as assigned by Management.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic/ major bookkeeping.
