JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Administration Specialist to join our team. As an Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Support the coordination of travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
- Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administration Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
