Relevant tax and/or financial planning certifications preferred To plan, lead, organize, control, and identify business opportunities and exposures for the financial organizations in the Gulf / Levant region. . Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services; preparing growth plans; directing staff. . Work with global, local and area management to achieve sales and profit objectives as measured by accepted quantitative and qualitative financial standards and benchmarks. . Overall responsibility to develop strategies behind the cluster's financial processes and internal controls and provide financial strategic input to the business as well as to lead, manage and motivate the team to meet/exceed the challenging targets within a rapidly changing business. . Engage and manage distribution contracts supporting commercial, compliance and legal functions . Partnering with the GLS Head in determining the optimum go to market models & enabling resource allocation to run the business efficiently . Accomplishes finance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.

Minimum requirements . Extensive experience with full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility . Understanding facets of a multinational business in Pharma Industry. . Solid experience (minimum of 3 yrs.) in building and leading a world-class finance team . At least 10 years of operational financial experience in direct support of a business with experience as a controller or Finance manager within a finance division . Diverse Geographic experience is ideal . Strong track of developing and coaching others to grow into suc-cessful leaders and high performers. . Energized by creating a shared purpose and culture . Drive performance with integrity Extremely well-developed understanding of country regulatory and market environments . Multi-country financial operations experience is beneficial for this position, as is local-country experience, particularly as a country CFO. Country-level experience should have included FRA (Financial Reporting and accounting) & Business planning. . Significant experience influencing and gaining credibility with senior leadership . Proven leadership experience, and ability to manage diverse teams, and inspire associates of widely varying backgrounds across a dispersed and matrixed organization . Enjoys managing complexity, ambiguity, and leading in a fast-paced working environment. . High level of communication and influencing skills
