**Overview**
**JOB PURPOSE**
- The OT Excellence Manager is the main custodian of upgrading the capability of G&LF OT organization at all levels. He/she is responsible to adapt worldwide OT management best practices to the G&LF context and ensure their proper rollout. The OT Excellence Manager is fully accountable for driving the World Class Customer Engagement Model agenda, as well as ensuring the enablement of the field teams with proper capabilities, both at the OPCO and Non OPCO levels. He/she is a key resource for the Cost-to-Serve leverage and the compliance agenda.

**Responsibilities**
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Develop the OT capability building strategy with a detailed annual rollout and score card
- Design the required processes for best-in-class Key Accounts Management
- Secure proper periodic and disciplined/templated reviews of different OT performance KPI’s
- Detect the key organizational gaps and propose the optimal OT org structure
- Ensure proper leverage and synergy within accounts/geographies
- Ensure KAM’s are properly trained to manage the accounts profitably
- Validate the OT agenda ensuring it is in line with the CU strategy and growth objectives
- Ensure flawless rollout of OT Territory University
- Educate the teams on the new trends and insights
- Co-leads the D&A rationalization agenda
- OT mix is significantly year on year in Gulf and Levant. It is profit-dilutive and hence require advanced skillsts at all levels. Currently, the OT capability is sub-scale and bridging the gap is becoming of extreme urgency to sustain the CU profitability.

**Qualifications**
**EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Commercial awareness - strong knowledge of what's important/needed by Sales to develop Selling tools and stories and delivering Gold standard execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills - Confidence to lead and direct discussion across all levels. Ability to engage and enthuse others with clear, concise communication to reach decision and recommendation.
- Relationship building skills and ability to influence - Ability to influence at all levels and build relationship with key stakeholders including Marketing, IA, HR and Finance.
