Summary

PrimaryDuties -

Roles&Responsibilities
Runshigh volume printing equipment, which may include high productionin a mechanically sophisticated print environment and performsbinding and finishing
Has theability to setup and run all applications on all Ensuresconvenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality viadaily;
Clearspaper jams and informs technicians of specific Performs all repairservice on customer copier
Maintainsrecords for management reports and inventories of supplies;
Distributesoffice supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personneland/or designated drop-off points as;
Calculatescharges for jobs performed and maintains some billing;
Respondsto and coordinates all service calls required by May perform filingduties in conjunction with specific customer Delivers completedjobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the;
Maintainsdaily meter and service May travel between customer s;
Answerscustomer questions regarding status or feasibility of job Ensuresupkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well;
Performsduties related to the shipping and receiving of;
Mayperform meeting room and conference room set May perform buildingoccupant moves within assigned;
Mayperform re-lamping and light maintenance duties as May performoccasional cleaning duties as;
Mayrequire periodic overtime on nights and weekends, includingoff-hour emergency;
Usesshrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment,jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler and scales incompletion of various jobs;
Usesall copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter andsome Performs filing duties, which may include purging andarchiving old Performs other duties as

MinimumQualifications

Requireshigh school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of related work Somerelated copy job experience, preferably in a high production,mechanically sophisticated print environment, is;

Requiresability to learn complex production and/or communication systems,such as client-specific mainframe;

MAY requirevalid driver s license and minimum levels of auto insurancecoverage per

Providesoperations functions in a fulfillment center for one or more of thefollowing areas: operates high volume printing equipment (segment5) to produce large volume print jobs on a previously calibratedmachine, performs associated copying tasks, ships and receivesproduct and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming andoutgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary;

Providescopier maintenance and/or repair of customer site

May alsoperform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services,call center representative, and reception,;

Mayperforms various building support functions related to meeting setups and lightmaintenance
