Job Title: Sales andManager

We are seeking a highly motivated Saleswith a strong background in IT sales and project delivery to leadour operations in the Saudi market. The successful candidate willbe responsible for driving sales growth managing clientrelationships and overseeing project delivery with a focus onensuring customer satisfaction and businesssuccess.

Responsibilities:
  • Developand execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achievesales targets within the Saudi market.
  • Identifyand cultivate new business opportunities by building andmaintaining relationships with key stakeholders anddecisionmakers.
  • Conduct market research andanalysis to understand customer needs competitive landscape andindustry trends in Saudi.
  • Lead the salesprocess from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiationand closure ensuring customer satisfaction throughout thelifecycle.
  • Provide product demonstrations andpresentations to prospective clients effectively communicating thevalue proposition of our IT solutions andservices.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals quotesand contracts adhering to company pricing and contractualpolicies.
Delivery:
  • Overseethe successful delivery of projects and services to clients inSaudi ensuring adherence to project timelines budget and qualitystandards.
  • Collaborate with project teams todefine project scope objectives and deliverables and developdetailed project plans and schedules.
  • Monitorproject progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigationstrategies to ensure successful projectoutcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contactfor clients in Saudi managing client expectations and addressingany concerns or issues that may arise during projectdelivery.
  • Work closely with crossfunctionalteams including sales technical and operations teams to ensureseamless coordination and communication throughout the projectlifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project reviews andstatus updates with clients stakeholders and internal teams totrack progress and address any deviations from the projectplan.
Travel:
  • Travelfrequently from India to Saudi for business meetings client visitsand project engagements as required.
  • Representthe company at industry events conferences and trade shows in Saudito promote our products and services and identify new businessopportunities.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key clients partners and industry contacts inSaudi through inperson meetings and networkingactivities.
SkillsRequirements:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Computer Science or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 715 years of experience in ITsales and project delivery with a focus on the Japanmarket.
  • Proven track record of achieving andexceeding sales targets and successfully delivering projects toclients in Saudi.
  • Strong understanding of ITsolutions services and products with experience selling toenterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to effectively articulatetechnical concepts and business value propositions to clients inSaudi.
  • Fluency in English languages isrequired. Arabic will be an advantage.
  • Strongnegotiation leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability tobuild and maintain relationships with clients partners and internalteams.
