Position Description

Role Summary:Reporting to the Sales Manager KSA (Riyadhand Damam) based in Riyadh you will be responsible for managing keymarkets to grow revenue and further develop our partnerscapabilities within the KSA region. The Area Sales Manager isresponsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketingplans with our partners aligned with the overall BSMEA strategy andambition. You will be responsible for ensuring overall salesperformance and managing the relationship with senior managementand sales teams within our partners across key fleets dealers andOEMs in your markets. The Area Sales Manager role is accountablefor optimizing the profitability of BSMEA and its partners bydefining and advocating the product range and mix proposing thecorrect price positioning deploying services and implementing thelatest digital tools and commercial solutions (Total Tyre Care) toachieve organizational targets. This will include initiatives toensure desired sell out volumes partnering with colleagues inmarketing supply chain and technical and delivering marketintelligence through accurate and timely reporting. Responsible forMarket information collection and building relationship with OEMs(for both PSR & TBR) You will also be responsible formaintaining the BSMEA premium position in line with theBridgestones Code of Conduct ensuring the correct contractualframeworks are executed and maintained in addition to developingannual business plans in collaboration with our partners enhancingapproaches to market within your region.

RoleRequirements:

  • Graduate with aminimum of 5 years experience in the tyre industry
  • Having a good a track record of successful commercialtire business development.
  • Strong negotiationskills & good interpersonal skills
  • Implement business strategies to achieve profitablebusiness and identify new opportunities for the assigned set ofcountries.
