Check commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders Create, maintain & process orders in ERP system Confirm order Cost allocation On Site administration Cost verification & control Prepare & complete invoicing Prepare and store documentation electronically as required using relevant DMS (Document Management System) Review & verify billing summaries for Service department Create & verify billing summaries for other business lines (excl. Service) Back-up support with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected.
