Scope of duties:

  • Issue customer invoices after compering the control prints with the PO's and the contracts.
  • Conduct import valuations in the system.
  • Follow up with operations to record all imported materials or local purchase.
  • Register all vendor invoices after sufficient approvals.
  • Manage & verify employee's expense claims by obtaining all supporting documents and sufficient approvals.
  • Maintain daily journals after careful checking and approvals.
  • Maintain bank reconciliations, payment arrangement with all supported documents.
  • Monthly fixed asset journals and depreciations
  • Monthly amortization for all prepays
  • Accurate recording of monthly accruals
  • Record securities and follow up
  • Maintain personal deductions and inform all related employees
  • Vendor reconciliations quarterly
  • Maintain reconciliation between sub accounts and general accounts and follow up with related parties.
  • Maintain proper electronic & hardcopy filling.

Education:
Bachelors of financial or management accounting
