Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain office filing and recordkeeping systems, both physical and digital.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members, including copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Making sure that all documents are properly managed and organized
  • Coordinate and liaise between the concerned department for proper workflow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Minimum experience level is 3 years in same field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor and customer serviceoriented attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry or environment is a plus.
