Our client is a leading American Biotechnology company. We are looking for an
Administrative Coordinator to join the team in Saudi Arabia for a 1 year contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administration support to brand team.
  • Maintains attendance schedules, booking facilities and liaising with the brand team.
  • Raises purchase orders and track them.
  • Produces fairly routine monthly reports on team expenditures versus budget.
  • Coordinates approval process for promotional materials and literature.
  • Coordinates basic promotional/nonpromotional material with external agencies
  • Position may include routine activities, such as word/excel processing, answering calls, creating power point presentations, assembling reports.
  • Participates in the production and coordination of the development and design of promotional/nonpromotional exhibition items, advertisements, and scientific materials.
  • Assist in the coordination of business conferences or projects.
  • Coordinate team effort for organization of all congresses, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinates Marketing department budgeting process that includes product purchase order requests and monthly variance reports for GM Saudi.
  • Drive and handle projects/events with guidance from manager and team members.
  • Prepares and distributes communication to employees across Saudi entity.
  • Prepare routine market research data if needed.
  • Able to travel with the team to provide onsite support for big meetings/projects, if needed.

Qualifications:

-
Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Communication skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders is required. Excellent task management skills
- planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management and plan execution is required.

  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards is a plus.
  • Has the ability to provide a proactive involvement in conference planning, budgeting, and approval process.
  • Organizational and coordination capabilities
