Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provides administrative and coordination support to management department staff by following up on projects relaying information and keeping them informed of pertinent activities.
- Provides administrative assistance in such matters as preparation and maintenance of department budget, scheduling, leaves, and completion of special projects.
- Provides research for new and revised department policies and procedures, assists with the implementation of any new or revised policies and procedures.
- Assists in coordination of various meetings including travel arrangements, meeting place, preparation and compilation of agendas, materials, and information packages.
- Answers and provides detailed information and route telephone calls to appropriate persons for both callers and visitors.
- Works with department's staff, to develop appropriate processes procedures documentation, including database and information systems accordingly.
Education:
Bachelor's or Associate Degree/ Diploma in Hospital Administration or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required:
Two (2) years of related experience with Bachelor's or four (4) years with Associate Degree/ Diploma is required
Other Requirements(Certificates):
Saudi National Only.
