Identify and implement opportunities to facilitate and catalyse Saudization

Actively build and maintain sustainable partnerships with the Ministry of Education (MOE)

Actively build and maintain sustainable partnerships with Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC)

Closely collaborate with MOE and TVTC in developing training and development programs across various levels of education (from school to higher education) to develop the skills required in the mining sector

Identify and formalise partnerships with leading academic institutions

Utilize their infrastructure and expertise in delivering high-quality specialized educational programs to ensure effective development and recruiting of Saudi students (Youth Talent Identification and Development)

Harness partnerships with leading local, regional and international companies to support the development of the desired competencies through secondments, internships, and/or exchange programs

Focus on upskilling of safety competency within Ma'aden

Drive and harness digitalisation delivering 'learning anywhere, anytime'
