  • Oversees all activities and ensure efficient workflow by proper leadership of the Student Accommodation Advisor, Invoicing Coordinator, Reservation agents, and the Night auditor.
  • Ensures that all students accommodation assignments are processed according to the set procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensures that all invoices, charges, and lease agreements are processed and maintained.
  • Leads, guides, and coordinates all resident/guestrelated reservation matters with different entities.
  • Ensures that all financial transactions are processed and posted in the applicable systems.
  • Prepare and monitor periodic supply and demand analysis related to the Housing Services, Short Term Accommodation and Inn & Guest Houses.
  • Facilitates smooth coordination and communication between residents/guest, entities and services whenever required
  • Plans monthly/weekly/daily Services Staff schedules and assignments
  • Keeps control of Services Staff attendance
  • Monitors the effectiveness of all staff that reports to him/her
  • Ensures that his/her section achieves the set KPIs and meets the goals of the services.
  • Achieves the contracts KPI's and the Service's goals.
