Project Manager Event Production

Your mission:

  • You will be responsible for planning and releasing projects for events and trade fairs in the industrial, service and public sectors
  • You will be the initial client contact, conceptual design, costing and presentation through to control of implementation, equipment coordination and client support on site
  • Liaising with the client(s) and make necessary actions to solve issues pertaining to client's requirements
  • Continuously building and maintaining a strong network of clients
  • Coordinating and leading large teams
  • You will support our team in Dubai across different disciplines with your creativity, experience and specialist knowhow
  • You will prepare specific offers and display negotiating skills to bring talks to a successful conclusion
  • Collaborating with the HR unit on relevant training plans and other HR related requirements
  • Collaborating with the Administration unit on required tender documentation and other administrative projects related requirements
  • Collaborating with the Crew unit on resource planning of assigned project using EasyJob system
  • Collaborating with the HSE unit on necessary projects onsite/offsite HSE
  • QAQC requirements & compliances
  • Collaborating with the Contract unit as required
  • Collaborating with other internal units as per NM LLC matrix organisation to manage projects scope, changes and accomplish successful project completion

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional AVL experience in a similar position
  • Excellent Project Management experience in Events (from audiovisuallighting perspective)
  • Experience in managing large budgets
  • Existing network of clients in the KSA and UAE region
  • Technical Knowledge of Audio, Video and Lighting systems and control
  • Knowledge and experience of current entertainment technology required for large scale Events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language proficiency is a must
  • Flexible to work based on the requirements of the live event industry
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Great networking skills
