SHC is a leading Management Consulting firm, and this role is crucial in ensuring smooth and impactful events that meet our clients' objectives.


As an Events & Conferences Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics management, and on-site event management.

You will work closely with clients to understand their event goals and objectives and develop creative event solutions that deliver exceptional experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand event goals, objectives, and requirements
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor sourcing, and budgeting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee logistics, including event setup, AV requirements, catering, and transportation
  • Manage event registration, attendee communication, and feedback collection
  • Prepare and deliver event materials, such as agendas, programs, and name badges
  • Provide onsite event management and coordinate event day operations
  • Ensure events meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations
  • Conduct postevent evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management

Requirements:

- +10 years of experience in event management

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing event requirements
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create engaging event experiences
