Location:Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for a passionate Client Executive who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success.

The Client Executive role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.


  • Ultimately, a successful Client Executive should collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales quotas and grow our business.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
  • Ensuring that the company's product can deliver on the customer's requirements
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Attends client meetings to conduct in depth discovery on the customer's needs
  • Delivers presentations both virtually and in person
  • Response to RFPs
  • Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements
  • Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests
  • Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
  • Ability to learn new processes, tools and technologies(as required)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Account manager, Key account manager or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and Clevel
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Experiance in software solutions selling
  • Complex selling, account management
  • Experiance within Saudi Arabia's Healthcare industry in MUST
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English language
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Healthcare industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • All employees must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia with valid and transferable IQAMA.

  • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and GCC countries
