Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Norq seeks a Territory Sales Manager with a proven track record to grow our retail solutions business in Saudi Arabia. Candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to build transformational customer relationships at all levels. The territory sales manager will be responsible for driving the overall territory go-to-market strategy and ensuring the quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.

Candidate must demonstrate an ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment, and must have the ability to accurately forecast sales activity. Also should exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative and leadership skills. Candidate must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability.

Key traits for the successful candidate are passion, creativity, initiative, collaboration and the ability to motivate and innovate. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment.

Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles is preferred. Demonstrated experience with solution selling desired

Responsibilities:

-Implement the sales strategy to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace
-Exceptional presentation, communication and influence skills (written and verbal)
-Help facilitate and develop customer interactions and relationships with CXO's and other Line of Business executives
-Understand the business climate, competitive environment, and share these findings and developments with management
-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales, and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives
-Maintain a high-profile Norq presence in the target industry through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership
