Job Title:
Training Manager

Job Summary:
The Training Manager is responsible for creating, designing, and delivering training programs for employees of the organization. The Training Manager must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills to provide the best possible training to the employees.

The Training Manager should collaborate with other departmental heads to determine the training requirements for the company and ensure that the training meets the organization's objectives.

The Training Manager must have strong leadership and coaching skills to train and motivate employees to improve their productivity, quality, and overall performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Deliver effective training programs that improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Evaluate and modify training programs to ensure they meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other training professionals to source, design, and deliver highquality training programs.
  • Coach, mentor and motivate employees to increase their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement changes to improve their impact.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the training budget and ensure training programs are costeffective.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and achievements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a training role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training techniques.
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate programs.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and elearning platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other trainingrelated software.
  • Experience managing a training budget.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required.

Salary:
From ریال10,000.00 per month
