Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products.
  • Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
  • Present and promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities.
  • Provide accurate product information, updates, and educational materials to healthcare professionals.
  • Attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and network.
  • Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain thorough and uptodate records of sales activities, interactions, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (PharmD preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using technology for sales presentations and reporting.
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
  • Valid driver's license.

نحن نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات للأدوية الطبية متحفز وذو دافع للانضمام إلى فريقنا.

المرشح المثالي سيكون مسؤولاً عن الترويج وبيع المنتجات ذات العلاقة بالقطاع الطبي لمهنيي الرعاية الصحية، بناء علاقات قوية، والمساهمة في نمو المبيعات للشركة.


المسؤوليات:

- وضع وتنفيذ خطة مبيعات لتحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات المخصصة للمنتجات الطبية.
- تحديد وإقامة علاقات مع المحترفين في مجال الرعاية الصحية، مثل الأطباء والصيادلة والمستشفيات.
- التقديم والترويج للمنتجات الصيدلانية للمحترفين في مجال الرعاية الصحية، مبرزاً فوائدها وميزاتها.
- اتباع اتجاهات الصناعة وأنشطة المنافسين وتطورات السوق لتحديد الفرص.
- توفير معلومات دقيقة حول المنتجات والتحديثات والمواد التعليمية للمحترفين في مجال الرعاية الصحية.
- حضور المؤتمرات الطبية والندوات وورش العمل لتعزيز معرفتك بالمنتجات وزيادة شبكة العلاقات.
- تنظيم وإجراء عروض توضيحية للمنتج للعملاء.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات وقسم التسويق لتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات والحملات.
- مراقبة وتحليل بيانات المبيعات لتحديد المجالات المستقبلية وضبط الاستراتيجيات وفقاً لذلك.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة وحديثة للأنشطة المبيعية والتفاعلات وملاحظات العملاء.
- ضمان الامتثال بجميع لوائح الصناعة وسياسات الشركة والمعايير الأخلاقية.

المؤهلات:

- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة، العلوم الطبيعية، أو مجال ذي صلة (يُفضل لحملة درجة الصيدلة).
- لديه خبرة مثبتة كممثل مبيعات طبية في صناعة الأدوية أو الرعاية الصحية.
- فهم قوي لمنتجات الأدوية، والمصطلحات الطبية، وديناميكيات الصناعة.
