Job Description:

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to Talent & Culture Manager with dotted line reporting to The Group Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Responds to all colleague enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Play a critical role in the implementation of the hotel's Talent & Culture strategy.
  • Oversee the Talent & Culture office in the daytoday operation of the department.
  • Prioritize all telephone calls and inperson visitors, scheduling appointments as required.
  • Provide all office administration duties such as written correspondence, mail, photocopying and ordering office supplies.
  • Ensures the dissemination of information to hotel colleagues in the most effective way on timely basis and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidential filling system for correspondence, policies, standards, regulations and various matters related to the office.
  • Assists to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel's colleague facilities, including locker rooms, rest rooms, colleague dining room, etc. in ensuring that heartofhouse colleague areas are attractive and well maintained at all times.
  • Prepare new colleague contracts as required.
  • Respond to requests and queries from both Accor T&C Offices whether Country or regional office in a professional and timely manner.
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues and handle complaints, settling disputes and resolving conflicts, while being in full compliance with local laws and T&C Policies.
  • Assist in maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and team spirit.
  • Plans and executes the hotel's colleague recognition programs as well as social and recreational activities to inculcate a culture of spontaneous colleague recognition.
  • Assist Departmental Leaders with the development of specific action plans to address areas of opportunity identified in Colleague feedback.
  • Assess organizational needs, develop aligned Talent & Culture solutions and implement strategies in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recognition, administration and Colleague wellness.
  • Promote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun.
  • Assist Senior Managers with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in colleague feedback.
  • Assists to drive health at workplace initiatives aligning the hotel's Talent and Culture initiatives and programs with group standards and initiatives.
  • Prepare and follow the hotel CSR initiatives.
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures.
  • Follow all safety policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Talent & Culture leadership experience required.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
