  • Daily data collection and reporting of issues as they arise
  • Completion of Progress training & participation in Progress related activities
  • Support of Departmental objectives
  • Knowledge of and compliance with food hygiene and food safety core standards
  • Diligence in prevention of wastage
  • Thorough support of and updating of the training manual
  • Attendance at Departmental meetings and training

  • Holder of a basic food Preparation, Health & Hygiene and any other relevant Certificate
  • Ensure full liaison with other members of the section and the Kitchen team
  • Good communication with the commis 1, Demi chef and Chef de Partie of the section
  • Strong communication skills in English is highly desirable
  • Key relationship with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with other departments in the Café's,
especially F&B outlets and Banquet Operations.
