- متابعة عملية التوظيف للموظفين الجدد ( اعداد عقد العمل ).
- متابعة الاجازات والمباشرات للموظفين.
- متابعة رواتب الموظفين.
- اعداد المخالصات النهائية وشهادات الخبرة للموظفين.
- حل جميع المشاكل المتعلقه بالموظفين من تاخير الراواتب والحضور والانصراف.
- اعداد وصياغة الخطابات.
- شؤون العاملين من رواتب و أجور و إجازات و أوقات دوام و مكافآت و اقتطاعات.
- تزويد إدارة الموارد االبشرية بالتقارير.
- العمل على المواقع الالكترونية للجهات الحكومية ومنها ( مدد - مقيم - وزارة الموارد البشرية - طاقات - التامينات الاجتماعية - بلدي - تم - ايجار -... الخ ).
- متابعة التامين الطبي و تأمين مركبات الشركة والعمل عليها.
- متابعة سيارات الشركة ادارياً.- المؤهلات والمهارات
- الكتابة والتحدث باللغة الانجليزية.
- اجادة استخدام الحاسب الالي وبرامج المايكروسوفت.
- مهارات التعامل والتواصل مع الاخرين.
- ادارة الوقت.
- تحمل ضغوط العمل.
- انجاز العمل المطلوب.
- العمل على نظام الشركة للموارد البشرية.
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل, دائم
الراتب: ریال4, ریال6,000.00 لكل شهر
التعليم:
