Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve sales targets
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new clients in the corporate, government, and leisure sectors
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and a high level of client satisfaction
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
