Your Role at bioMérieux:

  • Provide marketing support for KSA and contribute to meeting commercial targets by strategically marketing the product range (M4i Process) and managing operational product activities (including market analysis, launch preparations, G2M activities, distributor development, forecasts, and supply chain management).
  • Create Marketing Plans, establish commercial targets, manage costs, revenues, and profitability for the product range.
  • Engage in fieldwork regularly (over 50% of the time) to collaborate with the commercial and distributor teams, crafting compelling 'why buy' messages and conducting market tests prior to product launches.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other regional stakeholders, develop communication objectives, and organize expert meetings, congresses, demonstrations, and product trainings.
  • Support key business functions to maintain and validate the product offering, monitor the plan versus organizational capabilities, and adjust as needed.
  • Analyze the market, anticipate competitors' strategies, forecast future trends, and propose new strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams, attend various meetings and events to contribute to market strategies and product launches.
  • Lead the launch of new products or services, ensuring successful market introduction and knowledge transfer to the Sales team and distributors.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a higher scientific degree (PhD, Masters, etc.) with extensive experience in the relevant product area, especially in Microbiology.
  • Demonstrate Product Management/Marketing expertise, with a background in Sales being beneficial. Possess a good understanding of the competition.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences, particularly in diagnostic markets.
  • Be proficient in Microbiology, able to communicate effectively with KOLs, deliver presentations, and work within an international organization.
  • Have over 3 years of Product Management/Marketing experience, exhibit emotional intelligence, teamwork skills, analytical thinking, and a strong customer focus.
  • Display excellent communication skills, share knowledge effectively with colleagues, and show enthusiasm and commitment to achieving results.
  • Work autonomously with a team-oriented mindset, fluent in English and Arabic, willing to travel frequently.

This role is based in Riyadh.
