  • Data entry and admin activities
  • Support the team for filing.
  • Support for event communication and arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities which permits the employee to understand verbal instructions and to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.
  • Sufficient visual acuity which permits the employee to comprehend written work instructions, prepare and review documents, process them in a prescribed order, and organize documents and materials.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity which permits the employee to operate a personal computer.
  • Sufficient personal mobility, flexibility, and balance which permits the employee to work in an office environment, occasion lifting or moving objects.
  • Job tasks may require occasional stooping, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, and grasping.
