Role Purpose

To jointly scaleup KSA Ecommerce growth manage the P&L and Market share leadership for the channel. To drive the channel strategy and be a strategic partner with several pure players & omni etailers across the skin personal & face care categories. Ensure excellence across the digital shelf and be Bestinclass on Events Activations and media. Identify new and emerging ecommerce channels (incl. Social/ Quick) while always keeping Consumer at heart.

Your Tasks
  • Design the Ecommerce transformation journey and superlative growth path.
  • Identify and tap the new and emerging channels of future to generate profitable business through them.
  • Drive Key Customer selection followed by process reengineering to build efficiencies in the system.
  • Set up robust Review mechanisms & analyze data from various MIS to facilitate insights & action planning.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners on all aspects of Ecommerce business including product portfolio content strategy promotional campaigns commercial investments and most importantly full funnel integration.
  • Drive productivity through improved execution and measure the reach of unexploited etailers.
  • Develop Promotional & Assortment strategy for ecommerce by understanding competitive and business trends.
  • Evolve and conceptualize SKU focus. Ensure alignment with Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Sales.
  • Review of sales systems and processes in etailers distribution and drive standardization & optimization.
  • Provide thought leadership and advise MU Management Team on OmniChannel commerce to build a future proof organization.
  • Drive Effective Teaming & Communication through providing regular progress updates to all stakeholders & Drive ECom upskilling across the organization.

Ensure Successful Rollout through:

  • Obtaining senior management support / buyin on all key initiatives and resources required for the ecommerce journey.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Ensure learnings from pilots / test & learns.
  • Achievement of the Sales Profit & Market Share Targets.

Operational updates:

  • Work hand in hand with selective pure players/marketplace/QCommerce retailers and (in coordination with CCMs) with the ecommerce departments of mainstream brick and mortar retailers who have Ecommerce operations.
  • Ensure fully updated masters with above retailers. Product descriptions selling stories for new products images and RSPs to be updated regularly on sites on all etailers.
  • Work on online loyalty programs of top Ecommerce retailers including those with brickandmortar operations.
