About the Role

Salla E-Commerce Platform is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in the success of our platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement on our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute GTM Strategies: Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement on our products, working closely with various teams, including product, sales, and customer support.
  2. Launch Planning and Execution: Write and share launch briefs, positioning guides, messaging documents, one-pagers, and project summaries with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch process.
  3. Value Proposition and Positioning: Define and communicate the value proposition, positioning, and messaging of our products to target audiences, highlighting the unique benefits and features of our platform.
  4. Marketing Collateral Creation: Work with copywriters, designers, and freelancers to create compelling marketing collateral, including promotional material, landing pages, and guides that effectively communicate the value of our products.
  5. Product Insights and Feedback: Collaborate with the product team to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive product adoption, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our target audience.
  6. Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Analyze market trends, competition, and user feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product development decisions, staying ahead of the competition in the e-commerce space.
  7. Performance Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing strategies.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Product Marketing: Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
  2. Expertise in E-commerce: Demonstrated expertise in effectively launching and marketing e-commerce products, with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the needs of online shoppers.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in productivity applications like Jira, Notion, or Asana, as well as collaboration and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Slack and Salesforce.
  4. Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with popular marketing automation tools, including Marketo, Intercom, and Google Analytics, to optimize our marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.
  5. Networking and Communication: Strong ability to track return on investment (ROI) and outstanding interpersonal and management skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
