Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Executive with proficiency in Arabic and a background in the food and beverage or hospitality industry to join our marketing team.

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, engaging with Arabic-speaking audiences, and promoting our brand within the hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our food and beverage offerings and enhance brand awareness within the Arabicspeaking market.
  • Manage social media channels in Arabic, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking, to increase followership, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for brand positioning, product innovation, and market expansion within the Arabicspeaking market.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors, agencies, and influencers, to execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, activations, and campaigns targeted towards Arabicspeaking audiences, including product launches, tastings, and cultural celebrations.
  • Support the creation and localization of marketing materials such as menus, brochures, signage, and advertisements to effectively communicate with Arabicspeaking customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support business development efforts and drive sales within the Arabicspeaking market.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential
  • Previous experience or background in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling and culturally relevant marketing content in Arabic.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, including content management systems, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
