Job description

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Providing realtime scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years as an office manager and/ or department administrator within a corporate setting
  • Must have experience and sophistication while interacting with seniorlevel executives
  • Must be an extremely strong process person but with agility and flexibility
  • Must be wellorganization with strong attention to detail
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • A completed Bachelor's degree is a plus

Salary:
