Administrative Assistant

- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing realtime scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years as an office manager and/ or department administrator within a corporate setting
- Must have experience and sophistication while interacting with seniorlevel executives
- Must be an extremely strong process person but with agility and flexibility
- Must be wellorganization with strong attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office suite
- A completed Bachelor's degree is a plus
Salary:
